Today, we’re introducing the new series of posts, in which we’ll lead you through the beauties of different Vietnamese regions. We’ve named it Explore Vietnam because that’s exactly what we’re going to do – we’ll explore every single spot in Vietnam you may find worth visiting.
Our first stop is the South Central Coast, which is probably the most attractive part of Central Vietnam when it comes to tourist preferences. Read on and find out what areas of the South Central Coast you shouldn’t miss.
Mui Ne – Adorable fishing town
The beaches of South Central Coast are well-known for their fine sand and the number of tourists they attract each year. If you want to get the best of the Southern area, don’t hesitate to embrace the loveliness of Mui Ne, a small fishing town with exquisite climate, long stretch of beaches, a picturesque port, and perfect water temperature.
Once in Mui Ne, make sure to choose the ideal accommodation. The private beach, incredible spa experiences, and charming natural ambiance of Bamboo Village Resort would be our first recommendation!
Nha Trang – Divine mixture of history and nature
The combination of great outdoor activities, including day trips to surrounding islands and hiking, and numerous watersports, such as snorkeling and scuba-diving, are only some reasons for Nha Trang to be found on your list of ideal destinations in Vietnam.
Rolling waves splashing the yellow sand, fresh pineapples, exquisite local cuisine, perfect massages… Do you really need more? If you do, you can explore the incredible historical monuments that surround the town, such as Po Nagar Cham towers.
Con Dao Archipelago – Inspiring natural parks
This amazing archipelago, which is the largest one in the area of Ba Ria province, represents a perfect mixture of turbulent history and natural treasures. During French occupation, the most feared prison in the entire country was located here. The largest island, Cao Son, has everything you may need for a great vacation – natural parks providing you awesome treks, mind-blowing beaches, picturesque colonial buildings.
Vung Tau – Watersports and long walks
Being a perfect weekend getaway from Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau offers a wide variety of things to do. Even though the beaches of Vung Tau are not really the best ones in the area, they have their charms. One of the loveliest areas is the boardwalk along Bai Sau, where you can enjoy peaceful walks and local seafood meals.
If you’re a more adventurous type of traveler, we recommend watersports. The Ocean Park that includes both beach games and watersports equipment is an ideal place for having great active moments.
